We read everything that comes in. Corrections get priority, and we publish them openly rather than quietly editing a page.
Especially useful
- A figure that doesn’t match the current spec sheet. Manufacturers revise hardware between generations and we don’t always catch it. Tell us the model and where you saw the correct number.
- Your experience with a unit we’ve written about. Particularly after a few years of ownership — that’s the part specifications can’t tell anyone.
- A toilet we said wouldn’t work that did, or the reverse. Fitment is where the published tolerances are least reliable.
- Something on the site that’s hard to read or hard to use. That’s a bug and we’ll fix it.
